Introduction

Mrpunter offers promotions that may include deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms in addition to these General Bonus Terms and Conditions. When there is a conflict between these General Bonus Terms and any promotion specific terms, the promotion specific terms prevail.

Scope and Compliance

These terms apply to all promotions offered by Mrpunter. By participating in a promotion, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms and conditions, including any updates. Mrpunter may modify, suspend, or terminate promotions at its sole discretion and will provide notice if required by law or regulation.

Eligibility and One Bonus Rule

• Only one bonus offer is available per person, family, residential address, shared device, IP address, email address, telephone number, payment method, or electronic wallet at a time.
• Mrpunter reserves the right to suspend or close accounts suspected of duplication or abusive activity.
• Where applicable, original deposits remain available for withdrawal subject to the applicable wagering requirements and other terms; bonuses and any winnings from bonuses may be forfeited if requirements are not met or terms are violated.

Activation, Opt-In, and Claim Windows

Participation in promotions may require active opt-in. The period to claim a promotion, if stated, is the time window within which eligibility is confirmed; the standard claim window is 24 hours, with variations indicated in the promotion terms. Welcome offers may extend to 30 days for claim purposes where specified.

Wagering Requirements and Bonus Release

Promotions carry wagering requirements as the condition to convert bonus funds into withdrawable real money. By default, the wagering thresholds are:

• Bonus amount must be wagered 50 times, unless the offer specifies otherwise.
• Winnings from Free Spins are subject to reduced wagering where specified, typically 40 times the spin winnings unless stated otherwise.

Only bets placed from the bonus balance contribute to the wagering requirements unless the offer states otherwise. When a promotion provides both bonus and cash balances, bets are settled from the cash balance first and the bonus balance second, subject to the terms of the specific offer.

Bonus and Real Balance Interaction

During an active bonus, real money is spent before bonus funds. Winnings are allocated according to the balance that funded them, and any bonus-related winnings accumulate in the bonus balance until wagering is completed. If you withdraw before meeting wagering requirements, the bonus balance and any pending bonuses will be forfeited.

Maximum Withdrawals and Release Limits

There are cap limits on the amount that may be released from a bonus into real money. The default maximums are as follows unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms:

• Non-deposit bonus winnings: up to 25 EUR (or equivalent in other currencies).
• Deposit bonus: up to 10 times the bonus amount.
• Free Spins winnings: up to 100 EUR (or equivalent).

Any amount in excess of these caps will be forfeited upon withdrawal unless the promotion specifies a different cap. If a deposit is made after claiming a no-deposit bonus, the maximum cashout cap increases by the deposit amount. Upon withdrawal of the winnings, the cap resets and may not apply to subsequent winnings unless stated otherwise.

Time Limits and Expiry

Bonus funds expire after the period stated in the promotion terms, typically 10 days from activation. Free spins issued with a promotion expire in the period stated in the terms, commonly 7 days from issue. Any unused bonus balance or spins may be removed if the wagering requirements are not completed within the allowed time.

Game Contribution and Restrictions

Contributions of game types toward wagering requirements vary. In general:

• Slots and Keno contribute 100% of the stake toward wagering.
• Table games, live casino, and most video poker contribute at reduced rates or 0% depending on the game and the promotion.
• Some titles may be excluded from wagering contributions or entirely restricted during bonus activity.

Mrpunter may publish a list of eligible and excluded games for each promotion. The presence of a title in this list governs its contribution status for that promotion.

Maximum Bet With Bonus Funds

While a promotion is active and bonus funds are being wagered, the maximum bet per spin or per round is capped. The standard cap is 5 EUR (or equivalent in other currencies) per spin, including any bonus buys or feature buys, unless a promotion specifies a different limit. Breach may result in reversal of wagers and/or exclusion from the bonus program.

No Deposits, Free Spin Cashouts, and Withdrawal Rules

No-deposit bonuses and free spins may be subject to withdrawal limits. Typical limits include a cap of 100 EUR per no-deposit bonus, or a higher cap if specified by the promotion. If a withdrawal is requested before meeting wagering requirements, the bonus and any related winnings may be cancelled.

Promotions and Abuse

Promotions are intended for recreational play. Any manipulation or abuse of promotions is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of the bonus, confiscation of winnings, account suspension, or permanent closure. Examples of abuse include but are not limited to multiple accounts, exploiting bugs, delaying game rounds, or coordinating bets with third parties to meet wagering requirements.

KYC, AML, and Verification

Mrpunter requires verification of identity and payment methods in accordance with applicable laws. Participation in promotions may be conditioned on meeting KYC and AML requirements. If a no-deposit or promotional offer was used, verification may be required before additional activity or withdrawals are permitted.

Language, Governing Law, and Discrepancies

If translations are provided, the English version governs in the event of any discrepancy. Mrpunter reserves the right to apply applicable law and regulatory requirements to all promotions and to amend terms as necessary for compliance and fair play.

Audit, Alterations, and Termination

Mrpunter may audit gameplay and transaction logs related to promotions. The operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or bonus program at any time and may deny or reclaim bonuses in cases of error, miscalculation, or suspected irregularities. Upon termination, bonus funds and winnings may be removed and accounts closed as applicable.

Geographic Eligibility and Access

Promotions may be restricted by country or jurisdiction. Where restrictions apply, eligible players may still participate where permitted by local law. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that participation is lawful in their jurisdiction and that their device location is accurately detected.
